PHI STANDARDS
- 12-week minimum commitment ages 12 -16
- Weekly check-ins required (training + nutrition + adherence)
- Parent/guardian involvement is essential
- Execution matters: missed training, missed logs = no progress
- Elite standards: respect for coaches, consistency in effort
- We coach motivated teens who want to achieve their their best
Parent/guardians are expected to ensure teens attend sessions on-time, adhere to the training plam, ant, spport

- Review
We review your application within 24-48 hours. - Approval. If approved, you'll be contacted to book a consultation call.
- Consultation Prepe a short prep pack (photos, goals, routine).
- Consultation confirm fit, set standards, and map your phase plan.
- Start Date If accepted, onboarding begins and week one is scheduled.
CONSULTATION PREP
- 3 progress photos (front / side / back).
- Current bodyweight + 7-day average (if available).
- Typical day of eating + training schedule.
- Any injuries, medication, or limitations.
- Non-negotiables (work schedule, sleep, steps).
